Profile

Systems engineer and developer with experience across NetSuite/ERP customization, workflow automation, integrations, data migration, Oracle/database support, IT operations, web development, and PC hardware. My strongest work tends to sit where software, infrastructure, data, and the actual day-to-day business process overlap.

Current experience

TreveraNetSuite Developer & Systems Engineer

Develop and support SuiteScript 2.1, SuiteFlow, SuiteQL, saved searches, custom records/forms, Advanced PDF/HTML, integrations, approval processes, data migrations, roles/permissions, electronic payments, inventory/fulfillment processes, and client troubleshooting. Work also includes translating operational requirements into maintainable solutions, testing Sandbox-to-Production behavior, documentation, and supporting existing systems rather than treating every request as a new build.

Web development

Built and maintained WordPress sites and custom functionality, including a configurable account-management plugin covering registration, verification, profile/security flows, session handling, role protection, administration, diagnostics, reporting, and site-level access behavior. Experience includes PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, hosting, DNS, security considerations, and practical front-end implementation.

IT & systems

Hands-on support experience includes multi-location user and endpoint support, Microsoft account administration, documentation, ticket triage/escalation, remote troubleshooting, DNS/firewall concepts, 3CX/FreePBX/VoIP configuration, workstation deployment, permissions, and incident follow-up. Earlier support work included weekly coverage across multiple sites and the discipline of documenting the environment so recurring issues could be solved rather than repeatedly rediscovered.

Database support

Oracle/database work included monitoring performance and resource usage, investigating blocking locks and deadlocks, concurrency and long-running query issues, scheduled jobs/ETL behavior, SQL tuning/indexing, and supporting patch/upgrade activities. That experience still shapes how I troubleshoot application problems that are actually data or dependency problems underneath.

PC systems & hardware

Long-running hands-on experience specifying, building, upgrading, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop systems for personal and professional use. Work includes component compatibility, CPU/GPU/RAM/storage/PSU selection, cooling and thermals, BIOS/UEFI and firmware, Windows installation, drivers, data migration, stability troubleshooting, and practical upgrade planning based on workload rather than spec-sheet chasing.

Development & personal projects

Personal and professional projects have crossed ERP scripting, web development, custom WordPress/PHP work, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL/database investigation, integrations, and small tools built to remove repetitive work. I use personal projects as a way to work through technologies outside the narrow requirements of a client ticket while keeping the focus on skills that transfer back into systems and business software.
