I typically strive to answer emails within 1 - 2 businesses days, however. external circumstances may prevent this at times. Should a considerable delay be expected it will be listed here, and any emails sent during this time will receive an automatic response detailing the expected delay length.
I am always willing to hear your ideas and proposals! If I am ever not accepting work, be it for travel, vacation, or any other numerous options it will always be posted on the home page. Additionally, any emails sent to me during this time will receive an automated email stating that they may see a delay in response times.
Pricing will typically be done on a per job basis. All price negotiations will be agreed upon before any work will be conducted. Please note that hourly rates begin at minimum 25$USD/hr and will include a contract detailing the expected hours worked on a per week basis as well as the expected wage per hour of work.
No worries! You may cancel a project at any time, no questions asked. All details will be subject to the job contract signed before any work was performed. Standard policy states that each project will be subject to a cencelation fee proprtional to the amount of time already spent on the project. Should the project be based on hourly work there will be no cancelation fee, however, all hours already worked on the project will need to be paid out.
All projects are final as of completion. If you are unhappy with the delivered product I am delighted to provide up to 2 free revisions of the final product not including any feeback provided during the creation process. After, if you are still unhappy with the final result subsequent rates may be applied.
