NetSuite development
SuiteScript 2.1, SuiteFlow, SuiteQL, saved searches, custom records, forms, permissions, Advanced PDF/HTML, transaction behavior, and support for existing customization.

My current role is NetSuite-heavy, but the broader background is systems work: IT support, database troubleshooting, web development, infrastructure, PC hardware, and hands-on problem solving. Those areas still overlap constantly in the work I take on.
My current work combines technical development with process design, troubleshooting, data work, integrations, documentation, and client support. I spend a lot of time translating “this process is wrong” into the specific system layer that needs to change.
SuiteScript 2.1, SuiteFlow, SuiteQL, saved searches, custom records, forms, permissions, Advanced PDF/HTML, transaction behavior, and support for existing customization.
Approval workflows, AP/purchasing processes, inventory and fulfillment behavior, electronic payments, SFTP, and the data flows around finance operations.
Requirements discovery, Sandbox-to-Production validation, troubleshooting, user/admin documentation, testing, and explaining tradeoffs without turning every request into custom code.
These descriptions are intentionally generalized. The implementation details that belong to a client stay with the client.
Refactored approval logic so changing business mappings could be maintained outside deployed code while fallback and exception behavior stayed testable.

Read the related blog →Earlier roles and ongoing technical work exposed me to the layers people usually discover only after a business-system issue crosses a boundary: users, endpoints, hardware, databases, networks, identity, hosting, web systems, and operational support.

Oracle/database support and multi-site IT work included monitoring, blocking and concurrency issues, long-running queries, scheduled jobs, user support, documentation, ticket triage, and troubleshooting across organizations including SIG Sauer, SRNA, Sumitomo, and MagnaFlow.

Microsoft 365, VoIP, DNS/firewall concepts, endpoint deployment, workstation configuration, custom PC builds and upgrades, hardware diagnosis, Windows setup, permissions, and the practical work of keeping systems usable.

WordPress, custom plugin work, front-end implementation, hosting, security, authentication flows, and the practical maintenance problems that appear after launch.
This is not a keyword wall. These are the technologies and areas that repeatedly show up in my work.
